Reagent kit is based on ELISA method and destined for primary screening of human serum or plasma samples for presence of antibodies to hepatitis C virus. The basic component of the kit is a mixrure of purified recombinant polypeptides - Core-protein analogues, and combination of fragments of unstructured proteins NS3, NS4, NS5 of different subtypes of hepatitis C virus, sorbed on the surface of polystyrene plate wells.

Reagent kit "Blot-HCV" is destined for confirmation test of human serum and plasma to presence of antibodies to individual antigenes of hepatitis C virus by linear immunoassay method (Western blot).
The basic component of the reagent kit is immunosorbent - nitrocellulose strips, where recombinant polypeptides - analogues of HCV antigenes ("Core", "NS3", "NS4" and "NS5") and control antigenes are immobilized.
